A lot has changed in our state and city these past two weeks, and no doubt our lives at home have gone through some major shifts. We understand this has been a major hardship for some of the families in our community. And, to top it all off, Governor Newsom has issued executive order N-33-20, which essentially urges us all to stay indoors. But we understand that this order might not be in sync with every resident’s reality, and that may lead to some of us using the Creekside West common areas.
In accordance with California Executive Order N-33-20, we are reminding all residents to follow the 6-feet of distance guideline between families in all common areas.
The Association recommends that the facilities are not used at this time as they are not being cleaned. If you choose to use the facilities, you are doing so at your own risk. The association assumes no liability of protection from the COVID-19 virus.
If you choose to use the facilities and you find a family in use of the facilities, we ask that you would please wait until they are finished before entering the common area or return at a later time when the area is not in use.
The Creekside West Village Master Association is concerned about the health and well-being of all residents. We are continuously monitoring the situation and are preparing to take further action should N-33-20 stay in effect long term. Thank you for being good neighbors, and we look forward to better news in the coming days.
