Read Before You Proceed

The following instructions only apply during pool season. Following the removal of the COVID-19 color tier system, the Board of Directors continues to make HOA member safety a priority. Please read the following pool safety rules as they may have changed after the June 15, 2021 statewide re-opening.

Thank you for your cooperation as we all play a role in keeping our community safe.

Let’s Get Started

  1. Visit creeksidewest.org.
  2. Select ‘Residents‘ from the drop down menu on the top of the page, then select Pool Reservations, then Make A Pool Reservation

First Time Users

  1. In the upper right hand corner select CREATE ACCOUNT to set up
    you account.
  2. Enter your email address and click GET STARTED
  3. Fill out all fields, including name, mobile number, and password
  4. Click SIGN UP
  5. Next you will need to add your household family members that hold a Creekside West ID card . (Note: All residents entering the pool must possess a Creekside West ID card. Members who do not possess a Creekside West ID card can obtain one at the Beach Club Office. Members below the age of 10 are exempt. Click here for Beach Club Office hours.)
  6. In the upper right corner click on the person icon with your name and select View Profile
    From the menu on the left select Family
    Select Add New Member and enter family members information. Repeat for each family member. You may use the same email and mobile number you used for your account setup. (Note: A maximum of 5 persons per household will be allowed to enter the pool area).
  7. When done, select Back to Website on the upper left side of the screen.

Scheduling a Pool Reservation

  1. In the upper middle of the screen select the date for which you would like to reserve.
  2. Select the time slot for which you are reserving and click Book.
  3. On the next screen you will see a list of available time slots. Select the checkbox for the time slot you would like to reserve.
  4. Once you have selected the time slot you would like to reserve, look for the “Booking For” section below the time slots.
    1. If you are booking for ‘Only Myself’, click Next at the bottom of the screen and proceed to Step 5.
    2. If you are booking for you and your family members, choose ‘Me and Others’, then click Next at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Select family members attending then click Next
  5. At the bottom of the screen you must agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box and then select Confirm Booking.

You’re All Set

  • Once your booking has been confirmed and will receive and email
    confirmation.

To Cancel Your Reservation

  1. In the upper right corner click on the person icon with your name and select View Profile
  2. Select Details under the reservation you would like to cancel
  3. Scroll to bottom of the page and click Cancel
  4. You will receive an email confirming you have cancelling your reservation.

Terms of Cancellation

  • Household members wishing to enter the pool area must be added to your profile and have a Creekside West ID card.
  • When making reservations, please include all household members on your profile that will be attending in your reservation slot. No one will be admitted for your reservation that has not been marked as attending the swim slot on your reservation unless you included them in your
    reservation.
  • Be a good neighbor! Cancel your reservation if you will not be attending so others can use your swim slot. This will also ensure you do not have this day and time count toward your weekly allowance.

  • Please review the Pool Reservations Rules and Cancellation Terms found in “view details” next to “book now” before booking your reservation. By checking the “accept the terms and conditions and
    cancellation policies” box, you accept the HOA procedures, rules, and terms of cancellation outlined by the Creekside West Village Master Association.
