Construction Update: Week of 9/21/2020

  • The contractor will be working-on all remaining repair/painting of items in various locations in Creekside West and Creekside East. 
  • Please note that more equipment and workers will be working in these areas. 
  • In these locations, lane closures will be well marked and short-term in duration.
  • Contractor may close all lanes if potential safety concerns are identified.
  • Contractor will always allow emergency vehicle access.

During this period, the contractor will be working on recycled water and domestic water appurtenances (for example, meters, etc.) at various locations along Deer Creek Loop. In these locations, lane closures will be well marked and short-term in duration. 

  • Multiple activities will occur on Mill Creek Avenue (East Creekside) during this period.
  • Contractor may close all lanes if potential safety concerns are identified.
  • Contractor will always allow emergency vehicle access.
  • Please drive cautiously and follow all signage and site personnel directions.

During this period, 2 lanes (going South) on South Haven Avenue form about Gingerwood Road to East Riverside Drive will be closed.

  • The right lane will open for through traffic.  Turns are okay at the intersection of South Haven Avenue and East Riverside Drive.
  • All lanes will continue to be closed, to through traffic, on South Haven Avenue south of East Riverside Drive.

Be advised that the contractor will be working on recycle water and domestic water appurtenances at various locations along Deer Creek Loop. These locations will be well marked, short-term lane closures

  • Due to heavy construction, all lanes will be closed.
  • Please drive cautiously and follow all signage and site personnel directions. 
  • The contractor will allow emergency vehicle access.

  • The activities during the period of 7/6/2020 to 7/10/2020 will be on East Creekside Drive between South Haven Avenue and Deer Creek Loop and from East Creekside Drive to East Elsinore Way (along Deer Creek Loop).  The intersection with East Elsinore Way and Deer Creek Loop will also be closed. 
  • · Access will be allowed at the intersection of Honeybrook Way and Deer Creek Loop for cross traffic only. Please follow all signage and site personnel directions. 
  • · Due to heavy construction, all lanes will be closed. The contractor will allow emergency vehicle access only. 
  • · The sidewalks may also be closed, for increased safety.
